1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nova Sample application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Nova Sample is a medical sample distribution platform that enables healthcare professionals to generate QR-coded product samples and allows customers to redeem discount codes for healthcare products.

3. User Accounts

• App user accounts are created by administrators and require valid credentials.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Distribute samples or discount codes outside of authorized channels
• Manipulate or abuse the QR code or discount code systems
• Use automated systems to interact with the service without authorization

5. Discount Codes

• Discount codes are subject to availability and expiration dates.
• Each sample QR code can only be redeemed once.
• Discount codes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to void codes obtained through fraud or abuse.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the Nova Sample service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

١. قبول الشروط

باستخدامك لتطبيق وخدمات نوفا سامبل، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه. إذا كنت لا توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

٢. وصف الخدمة

نوفا سامبل هي منصة لتوزيع العينات الطبية تتيح للمتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية إنشاء عينات منتجات مشفرة بـ QR وتسمح للعملاء باسترداد أكواد الخصم لمنتجات الرعاية الصحية.

٣. حسابات المستخدمين

• يتم إنشاء حسابات مستخدمي التطبيق بواسطة المسؤولين وتتطلب بيانات اعتماد صالحة.
• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك.
• يجب عليك تقديم معلومات تسجيل دقيقة وكاملة.
• يجب عليك عدم مشاركة بيانات اعتماد حسابك مع الآخرين.

٤. الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على عدم:

• استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به لأي جزء من الخدمة
• توزيع العينات أو أكواد الخصم خارج القنوات المصرح بها
• التلاعب بأنظمة رموز QR أو أكواد الخصم أو إساءة استخدامها
• استخدام أنظمة آلية للتفاعل مع الخدمة بدون إذن

٥. أكواد الخصم

• تخضع أكواد الخصم للتوفر وتواريخ الانتهاء.
• يمكن استرداد كل رمز QR للعينة مرة واحدة فقط.
• أكواد الخصم غير قابلة للتحويل ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
• نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء الأكواد التي تم الحصول عليها عن طريق الاحتيال أو سوء الاستخدام.

٦. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتوى والعلامات التجارية والملكية الفكرية في خدمة نوفا سامبل مملوكة لنا أو لمرخصينا. لا يجوز لك نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع أي جزء من الخدمة بدون إذن.

٧. تحديد المسؤولية

يتم تقديم الخدمة "كما هي" بدون ضمانات من أي نوع. لسنا مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة.

٨. الإنهاء

يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى الخدمة في أي وقت بسبب انتهاك هذه الشروط أو لأي سبب آخر وفقًا لتقديرنا.

٩. التغييرات على الشروط

يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. يشكل استمرار استخدام الخدمة بعد التغييرات قبولاً للشروط الجديدة.
